Order processing time is 4-6 weeks, as our team handcrafts all of our products at time of order. With that said, we aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. All orders over $100 receive complimentary shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated by weight. U.S. shipping costs for the contiguous 48 stats are as follows:

PROOFS & APPROVALS
Please confirm that spelling and capitalization are correct before placing any personalized or custom orders. You will receive a proof of your personalized sign for approval, as well as final sign dimensions, within 3-5 business days of placing your order. We will provide up to two (2) proofs of your order.
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your product(s) within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You can expect a follow up e-mail from us with details on how we plan to process your return.
Return shipping and packaging is not covered by Hammett & Co. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process a refund within 3-5 business days minus a 5% restocking fee. If a product is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
All sales for custom and personalized orders are final. Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders.
While we pack our items as carefully as possible, shipping and transit mishaps do happen. If an order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and pictures of the damaged item and packaging. We will follow up with an email with next steps on returning or exchanging your order.
Hanging hardware is not included with purchases. You are responsible for taking all necessary safety precautions when hanging signage, including using appropriately sized anchors and/or screws. Please check out individual product pages for any specific instructions on hanging your sign.
